Constant Bad Beats

The bad beats are so unreal on here. It’s 1 and 2 outer catching on you ALL THE TIME.
It’s just unreal and very suspect. Set over set beat me earlier with the case 4. And now I get slammed with quad 9’s. I know bad beats are gonna happen that’s just poker but this is just so often it’s unreal and quads and crap. Here’s an example of a jackpot sit n go I just played. It’s just too fishy it happens so often.

I am at about the same point you are with this site (Bovada also of course). I have played live for so many years and everyone ALWAYS says “you see so many more hands online so it seems like there are more bad beats/action hands, but its the same as live”…umm, sorry, no its not…1,000 hands is 1,000 hands no matter if you play them in 15 minutes, 15 hours, 15 days or 15 years. I have never seen this type of action/combinations on a table at this frequency in ALL my years playing live. Have any of my full houses ever run into quads? Yes, of course, too many times over the years for my liking obviously, but not 1-2 times a session like here on Ignition…as well as flushes into full houses etc. etc., way more than statistically normal.
Truely random cards just do not fall this way in the real world at the frequency they do here. Especially the Jackpot SNGs…if ANYONE believes those are dealt “randomly” from a legit pseudo RNG then I have a beautiful time share condo down in Miami I would like to sell you…I am going back to playing live only, its certainly not as convenient as playing online, but the upside to live is when a bad player preflop shoves his 7-2 offsuit it wont be a 98% favorite against my pocket AAces…did I mention the property has a pool and covered parking?

ive realized after playing on this site for some time now that bad beats happen more then normal here. its crazy. im talking like 3 outters hitting on the river over and over and over again. honestly, the best hand holds up less times then the worst hand. out of 10 all ins i seen in a tournament, probably more, 7 of those times the worst hand won…and im not talking ak vs qq or 10 8 vs a q…im talking aa vs kk or j10 vs ak flop Axx turn Q river K, very frequently. its honestly unbelievable

I do see those runner runner unreal ones happening, I just shake my head and think “yeah right”. But it doesn’t happen TOO often. I feel RNG for this site is pretty realistic. I dabble on ACR once in a blue moon and I feel that site is the worst. Even when I had a good score, I still felt their RNG is horrible… They have so many cooler hands preflop… Anyways keep truckin’ :raised_hands:

It’s seems like every time I make a withdrawal request, I get a heavy case of bad beats. Anyone else? Last time playing I was constantly getting beat with good hands. This specific hand was AFTER several bad beat losses and I just about had it and snapped that shot. I get that this happens even playing live, trust me I get having bad runs, but this was just unreal, should have taken more screen shots to show how ridiculous it was. (Yea I know or I just could have signed out) I even refreshed the game several times. Switching up the amount of hands played, didn’t matter. I was getting good hands and 20’s and they just ended up with 21 even with blackjack they had it too, several times. 4 in a row once. It just happened way to much for my comfort level. No fun.

However, I will say the last time Ive withdrawn bitcoin, it was in my wallet in 15 hours. So well done ignition team for expediting rather quickly!

I will gladly trade. My last 19 high stakes PLO losses I have been a favorite with all the money in or on the river and only won 2 of them. Pretty impressive run.

Variance they say

With over 40M hands of online poker played its the only site where EV is well below 10 points of average in the long run. Sad that they have to cheat and rig hands for better action

I’m never playing casino games for serious money. If I do, I am going to the Live dealer section.

You are not wrong. No 3rd party certification and no regulator means the site is leaning odds one sided. I do not say this because of losing I say it because the odds of facing a face card 18 of 20 hands with you getting 12 or 15 or some random hand…and when you do get 20 20 or 21…Dealer draws out way more than odds predict. I am about done with this site. It is just a matter of time before someone takes this to the DOJ for an investigation and we have another black friday. Australia banned this site and the only markets they had was USA and AUS so that is not a good sign.

It is mind boggling they even try to hide it…

Playing $10/20 PLO. 6 times in the last hour against the same player. Had them drawing < 10% into the river and hits every single one. It isn’t even realistic. I am 31 points below EV currently. It is laughable how the odds aren’t even close to accurately true

Best one was 223 flop. I have AA26. Opponent QJ74. Running JJ to win. Lol. Multiple times in an hour almost the exact same situations. Variance they say. The RNG is realistic they say.

It isn’t even about winning or losing. I am luckily still profitable but you can just watch the setup action hands all day long. 60,70,80,90% dogs don’t come through over and over and over. They are the odds for a reason

30 minutes later. Another 4 point drop in EV. Wow. This is mind boggling stuff… I would love for the HH to be reviewed. It is unbelievable what you see

It is the same in none PLO also. Guys shoving over and over hitting on a 36 off and THEY shove all in…I have AA and call 245 flop… Or my favorite is runner runner runner flush hit for them. Over and over. Ignition needs to get certified or regulated. It is only a matter of time before the DOJ gets a complaint from a player stating they use USA bank to purchase or bitcoin and it becomes a case. Black friday will come again due to this site not being regulated. Australia banned this site.

You think this is a bad beat? Try playing a $60 jackpot sit and go and going all in with pocket kings against AK off and the flop coming JhJc4d then Turn Jh and river Js

would have been funny if you had AA and he had AK and u guys split pot.
i would still count that as a bad beat if it did happen.

I knew something was off when I started playing here I see to many chasing and hitting on the river and winning Everytime no if and or buts who plays poker this way who goes all in pre flop with 9-2 off suit you have big slick suited so of course you call and then the outcome Is they win 9s full of 2s winning a $100 from $20 jackpot sit n go man my phone has been a frigging airplane for the last week and I’ve been on tilt to the point of no return or no one will see a flop for 20 chips but next hand they are all in I’m not stupid I see that they never play a hand until it’s a winning hand it’s impossible to win playing poker here period it’s 1 win of lowest jackpot possible then 5 losses of the biggest jackpot but it’s still not a maximum jackpot so the house collects way more then any average rake so another failed attempt to find a legit poker platform online I’m done thinking that there is any honest poker games online not 1 site has any integrity or respect for the game it’s all about taking money from us people that love to play for their greed

First hand of the $2500 Bitcoin free roll I got pocket queens I bet 150 pre flop 3 of us see flop nothing higher then a jack in flop 2 clubs so I bet 350 1 guy calls turn is my 3rd Queen I’m like yep I shove all in now me my self even if I got 2 clubs in my hand unless it’s the nuts never do I call the rest of my stack on hopes for a runner runner club well the guy I’m playing does and what is the river a club giving him a flush and it’s not the nuts the odds of a club coming are shit and what if the guy (me) is playing for the clubs as well and I have the nuts this just isn’t normal poker at this point people that really play and think about the odds and their outs etc. makes that call they fold the fact that I loose more hands to a runner runner bullshit situation is just mind blowing I’m 40 years old been playing Texas 30 years and have never saw as many bad beats as I’ve saw in the last year of playing online poker period the people that taught me to play would have cussed me all to hell if I made a call like this no matter if I did get lucky and win that’s not smart decisions when your playing for $2500.00 in a tournament I’m over this shit you can’t play any type of strategy or nothing at this point what you have learned to fold and what to play in this crap is ass backwards

@Outlawjcd A review of the hand you played in the freeroll shows that the other player had K9 of clubs and had 4 clubs on the flop after calling . Further, they only put in around a third of their stack before going all in once the hand had hit and you had called. This isn’t that crazy when considering that on the flop they had a 44% chance to win the hand, and then still approximately a 25% chance to win on the turn (and a 35% chance if they simply believed you had top pair for instance) where there was already a large sum in the pot.

We tend to play more risk in a freeroll as well. If my account has plenty of $ then I play loose in freeroll. I’m tight if I need to hit the prize pool
