Constant Cash game Disconnections

Since last week, I get disconnected from cash games constantly. It ranges from immediately after I open my table, up to 30 minutes after I open my first table - but it always happens. I have done all of the troubleshooting steps including changing my DNS, restarting my modem, etc… Is this a wide-spread issue or are there further actions I can take?

We are sorry to learn of the issues you are experiencing and know that it can be rather frustrating. There are no report issues by our technical team. I know you stated that you attempted majority of the troubleshooting steps, have you attempted to uninstall then reinstall the application? Also you can try the web-based application and let us know if you are still having the same issues.

Yes I have uninstalled multiple times. I would prefer not to use the web-based application long term even if that does work but I can check.

Got you, when you uninstalled did you restart your computer before reinstalling?

I did not - I will try that next and let you know the outcome, thanks.

I was doing well in a tourney. I was disconnected in the middle of a hand…can’t reconnect. The issue is with ignition. And no, it’s not my device, internet, or my connection. Thank you.
