I was contacted yesterday from someone at Ignition Casino stating that they have been having issues with customers unable to cash checks. They told me that I was able to use Matchpay instead and that has had 100% success rate. That would be fine but then they wanted my pin and date of birth to verify me and then they would put the funds back into my account so I could use matchpay.
I hesitated because I wanted to verify they were from Ignition and I could not at that time.
Can someone please tell me where I stand with my withdrawl and if this message was legite?
