It is really difficult to withdraw when you can’t use the same address twice. There are a limited number of wallets that allow producing a new address each time. I also noticed that your algorithm for checking on a used address may not be working properly as I used a new wallet and it still gave me the same old prompt telling me that I already used that address.
I’m now running out of options to make a crypto withdrawal. I will admit that my normal intermediary will produce a new address but only for btc, and btc is still very expensive to sell and cash.
Please try to make it easier for those of us that use crypto.

To help protect your funds, we strongly recommend using a new and unique crypto address for each withdrawal. Reusing an address can result in failed transactions or permanent loss of funds on the blockchain, which, unfortunately, is outside of our control to recover.
