I need to talk to a representative on the customer service chat, and there hasn’t been a response in hours. Is this happening to anybody else?

I cant either and missed a tournament I wait all week for because of it. This site is really going down hill. I used to love it and im really starting to hate it more stressful than fun these days

At certain times live chat will be very busy, but we do have agents available 24/7 to help you.
I don’t believe there is anybody manning the live chat regardless of what the moderators are trying to tell us. If there are agents available to help us 24/7 as they say, then why do we get disconnected after 20 minutes. Real sites tell you where you are in the queue and what the anticipated wait is. These jokers just jerk their customers around unless you are trying to make a deposit and then they are all over it. Try to make a withdrawal and suddenly its a ghost town. Starting to wonder if this site is just a giant rug pull
It’s one of the biggest one casinos so there could be many people trying to reach support at any given time, they are there though.
Just keep an eye on the chat window, A few times I spent an hour trying to get ahold of someone only to miss their response

I can assure you there are agents 24/7 and as I can see the chats I can advise that at times we can have very large numbers active, which does mean that sadly there may be a wait.
The 20 minute disconnection is a system setting that will cut you off after that time. That doesn’t mean there is anybody there, it means they are all busy.
At the time of writing this post we have 101 chats either active or in que.
CS definitely can be reached at all hours of night. I got on last night. And most are great and helpful.
@maudedog once you get in… I’ve got two tips… #1. . Pay attention because you’ll have to Respond to any request by agent in a timely manner or risk disconnection. You don’t want to be in queue for 20 mins and get on chat, wait 10 minutes for verification and then an additional 15 minutes for agent to look up your concern… and then be disconnected and have to do process all over! Make sure you respond to AGENT right away…!!! even if question is as obvious as “will you wait on hold?” Or “do you want a free $200??” Or “how are you doing?” Or “is there anything else I can help you with?” . Some agents wont wait 15 seconds and disconnect and you’ll have to do it all over again. And finally, if your using mobile device and have big thumps then be careful bc the end chat button is right next to text input. Many times I’ve hit end chat by accident. Anyways that’s all. Just trying to help you avoid some frustrations.
your right! I experience this once a week at least. but really there is no reason that I or anyone else should need to reach out to CS every week. I’m waiting right now for about 6 minutes now. I would message a mod here but last time I couldn’t get ahold of them either and when they were finally available he insisted I reach out to chat like I was stupid and didn’t try that first! And I’m still waiting but at least I got my ticket for today. Tired of complaining!
