Ummm did everyone quit?! I’ve been trying for two days straight to talk to someone on chat and nothing

So after two days of relentlessly trying to get ahold of CS on chat I finally get someone (after actually solving the issue I originally got on chat for in the first place) and ask to speak to a supervisor because at this point it was just ridiculous and this lady literally said she can’t transfer me to a supervisor and ends the chat. WHAT THE HELL?!?!!?!!

**and no I wasn’t a jerk to her I said sorry It’s not your fault this situation was just frustrating **


They have a dispute resolution page I believe it says what you can do in situations like this. I’ve never done this though so don’t know how much help they actually are.

Yea they’re usually pretty cool. They deal with people that have lost money for the most part & I’m sure they get a lot of crap so I try to be nice.

Same ! I try to be super friendly and always leave good reviews. This was just a super weird situation.

I am having the same problem I can not talk with anyone. I just want to change my phone number in my profile and it won’t let me keeps trying to send a code to my old number. Anyone know what to do

Hi @Lizachris101 welcome to the forum, this can only be done via live chat with customer services.

And how do
I do that they never come on the chat then my session times out.

At certain times of the day live chat does get quite busy, but we do have agents online 24/7 to help.

Has anyone else noticed the extreme Decline in customer service the last few months? I’m constantly fighting with the chat system to even load oh, and it takes at least an hour to two hours to get ahold of a person because it keeps timing out. The thing that is even more frustrating is the fact that if I was only one step higher in VIP status I can get ahold of them on the phone literally in 2 minutes. My older brother has the status above me and he calls multiple times a day and speaks to ignition easily. Yet because my status isn’t High Enough I just get a recorded message about how the pandemic is not allowing them to take phone calls.

Right now there are 115 chats active and in que. They will get to you, but the volume of contact is very high.

Yeah right. Stop lying. There is no chat available on this website. Doesn’t make sense that all other sites Chat works but this one doesn’t. The owners stopped caring for this site months ago.

There are live chats taking place right now, and to accuse somebody of lying simply because you don’t think its true is very unfair.

I’m sorry but there is no chat support available at all .I don’t understand how this site gets no support. You use the same chat support company as the orher sites. Do they not favor this site more than the other sister sites?

I think Ignition, bovada, and slots.lv use Zendesk but I believe they have separate support teams.

Instead of calling them liars you should try getting help from the mods that have replied to you they come through when chat support keeps timing out :+1:

They can’t help what I need help for. I would’ve been asked them already.
