I woke up missing over $250 from my account . It shows there was activity while I was Asleep. WHere is my $251 ?
@CSC720 there was a delay in transactions showing from earlier so it may have shown buy ins when not online but it was just from previous play and in turn you will also see the cashouts which were delayed as well
No it was not previous play. Some one was using my account sitting at cash tables while i was asleep this morning. when will my missing money be returned to my account?
@CSC720 again, no one was sitting at a table from your account. You had previously bought into cash games for $25. the issue is that some of these got duplicated and later on and we are going through them all now. I see you have already been cashed out of a number of them. The rest is still being resolved too

Not, I’m saying you bought into cash games previously for $25. Due to the issues, these got duplicated in repetition and our team are working on getting all of these sorted

There is nothing shady but a transactions delay. Again you can see most of them having already been resolved and cashed out
Davy, my account is showing the wrong balance, my transaction history is filled with -60 +60 live game transactions but not an playing during those hours. my balance is off by 28-30 dollars. why is this happening??

For two days in a row my balance has randomly gone down for no reason. It was fixed this morning, then went steadily down in 50 dollar increments to almost nothing with me not playing anything. What is going on?

Same here, I have no money to play with, down about $1460, had $1200 something with $200 or so already missing when I started a tourney. Then, whilst I was playing it that tourney, all but $3.85 was gone from my account…I know it’ll be covered and come back, but I can’t even register for this $100+$9 tourney…you guys are missing out on my $9…

I was out 2 $7 games and a $2 game finally got someone to respond on chat then she said she sees the disconnections. Never redunds my tickets. Did the same thing a couple weeks ago on 20 jackpot sit and go.
To all users experiencing the delayed buy in issue. I also experienced this and my $4200 account ran to $0. The Support team resolved everything behind the scenes and my account is fully re-filled. So have patience and keep an eye on the forum as these things take time but in my experience have always been fixed promptly. Thanks Ignition for your professionalism and honesty-Drew
