I deposited $300 for my first time here yesterday with a 200% bonus. I only received my $300 with no added funds. I already ran through the original $300 and it shows $300 locked bonus funds (which would only be a 100% bonus) but it won’t let me play with these funds how do I fix this?
Where are you trying to play them ? They could be just usable in casino or I think the initial deposit bonus is released as you play. If you read the bonus terms and conditions on your rewards page it should show some insight. Just another player putting in my input
