Deposit Bonus Issues

So I had a like 2 hour discussion with unhelpful Representatives. I received an email saying that I got an exclusive deposit or thing that’s no weekly Monday thing. I was led to believe that the deposit was exclusive but it was not labeled as so and it made it impossible for me to withdraw. I couldn’t even withdraw my regular funds from playing poker. It was supposed to be a thank you for my almost daily and multiple daily deposits I assumed. Not an f you were going to take more of your money under this big promotional bonus that were giving you through your email. So I recommend nobody ever use any bonuses it is totally tailored for you to lose. I got no response as to why I didn’t get an exclusive deposit bonus like was suggested on my email that was sent. He would reply with sorry for your feelings towards the situation. I guess my bonus that they gave me was raising the deposit $300 which I’ve never even deposited more than the 250 was original with the bonus nobody would ever deposit $300 a 35 times roll over that would mean you would have to do $600 * 35 just to withdraw a dollar. I deposited $30 and had 60 total I went immediately to poker assuming that I could withdraw my regular funds because I wasn’t using any of the bonus funds to play poker. But no those funds were locked and considered to be part of the bonus that needed to be rolled over to withdrawal. Every bonus has different stipulations that basically prevents you from being able to withdraw them their total con artists and get away with vague wording and total BS promotional emails. I used to get good promotions and then I won on one and every single one since then has been totally against me.

@Duck87, Welcome to the Forum, though we wish it was under better circumstance.

We’ve moved your post here as this doesn’t really relate the the BTC exclusive program.

There’s a few issues here so well address them separately.

First, any deposit bonus that is used by players does come with Rollover that essentially locks the deposit and associated bonus to a certain requirement. This is quite industry standard and for the most part all other sites also have this attached to their deposit bonuses.

Secondly, we would need some clarification here on whether or not you actually received this bonus, as on review we do see that you used your ‘Bitcoin 100% Match Up to $300’ bonus and did use it this morning. The ‘exclusive’ title in the email simply means that not every player receives this bonus and it is a deposit bonus that is only provided to certain players at the discretion of marketing. Also can you clarify what you mean by:

If referring to the amount of rollover, again this is standard for all deposit bonuses unfortunately.

Lastly, in regards to the way funds are used, again this is clearly detailed in the Help page HERE and essentially your locked funds are used prior to any bonus funds no matter what games you are playing. This is to ensure any winnings before dipping into your bonus funds are attributed to your actual deposit, so you can forfeit the bonus and withdraw these winnings if you so choose. Ultimately this is actually a benefit to players as it gives them the option whether or not to use the bonus, and allows to only use deposit bonus funds if running out of cash funds.

I do apologize for the issues obviously, but these details are all clearly advised and for the most part standard industry practice. If not wanting to use a deposit bonus you can again always simply forfeit it in order to withdraw your funds.

You should make the bonuses and deposit separate that way your bonuses are entertainment not post of the bonus. That way if I deposit 30 dollars it should be a 30 dollar bonus that requires rollover not turn into 60 dollars times 35

Also the bonus funds should be awarded miles since you combine it with the deposit amount in the rollover.

Why would you give me a bonus that is 300. That would mean I would have to rollover 600*35 practically impossible

That’s the point, it’s just a bait promotion to get you to deposit with them. With that high of a rollover requirement and the RTP of their games you won’t clear it 99% of the time which is what they are counting on. You would need a long shot jackpot to have a chance.

I noticed ever since I won from a bonus I received made my bonuses impossible and my gift of random rewards noon existent too

Making the bonus and deposit separate isn’t really an option, as if we did this player’s could simply make a deposit, withdraw their funds, and then be able to use the bonus without actually risking any deposit funds. This is why this is quite an industry standard policy.

Also, the amounts of a deposit and the bonus aren’t really that important as ultimately they would be proportional. If you deposited $600 your bets would likely be larger than if you had deposited $60, so the rollover would still be proportionally the same. What matters is more the actual rollover multiplier.

Last, again as mentioned above you do begin using your cash funds with a deposit bonus and any winnings associated to them would be attributed to your cash funds unless you had actually dipped into the bonus funds once they were exhausted. Therefore, the bonus funds somewhat only act as a last resort after you’ve lost your cash funds, since you can always forfeit the bonus.

Just FYI - so you know, I have cleared the 35x promotion about 40-50% of the time. You have to do a mix of games in the casino and hope to get lucky. I guess that goes without saying, but the point is its doable its not impossible.

You make the deposit at least 1 time rollover. Flankster nice try but no way are u a real depositor.

As you have said to me and it explains the bonus is for entertainment purposes anyway.

Suit yourself, just giving my 2 cents.

You clear the 35x rollover about half of the time in this casino?

You realize that’s literally impossible, unless you have only used two of those bonuses before and was lucky enough to playthrough one of them.

Like I said, you have to get lucky. I am not saying its easy, just not as impossible as the way you guys make it out to be.

Of course it’s not impossible to do. It IS impossible to do it at the rate you just claimed to be able to hit the 35x PT at. Especially not in the casino, whether you are changing your games up or not.

OK, then ignore it, you’re right.

I agree it’s doable, not trying to cause offense to what you said there. But the 35x standard rollover is not competitive whatsoever with any platform, in my experience. I’ve had support try to tell me that it is multiple times. Well… I can show you the five major options in my home state that’s legalized and I’ve never seen any bonus offered be more than 10x. Most are 2x or 5x. On top of that… they show you your progress to hitting that rollover While you play. And alert you when it has been hit immediately after the spin that does it.

It is a deposit bait, plain and simple, the reason the rollover is so high is to not be able to get a withdraw off of it.
If you also read the fine print you can’t wager over like 20% to 25% of your deposit in a single bet either. They do this to make sure if you get lucky right away you can’t high roll to clear your requirement. Sketchy…

I have seen some bonuses as high as 40x-50x rollovers on other sites. Ignition does show your progress in your account, they do not alert you when its been hit though, so you have to work out the math in your head.

No offense taken, I am just saying I have done those 35x bonuses plenty of times and plenty of times I have hit it and plenty of times I have not. It’s never been severely one sided.

This is purely anecdotal, non-scientific, hazy memory of one person. Experiences may vary by user.

Agree nothing is impossible but don’t think it should be viewed as some kind of player friendly perk or reward at those kind of terms. And also agree with the other member there are much better reward offers elsewhere.
