I have a pending transaction and would like it to be canceled or credited to my account. I deposited money last night, and the 2nd time i never recieved it but still got charged for it. I contacted my bank and they told me to contact the merchant and that it’s up to you, the merchant, to cancel it because it is pending. If it could either get added to my account or canceled so I can deposite it using another method I would really appreciate it. Can anybody help me? will i ever see my money again or did i literally just got robbed? Thanks
If you do see the payment as pending this is in all likelihood simply a pre authorized payment. The bank sends the funds expecting the merchant to collect, but as we see it’s failed payment it will usually be returned in 7-10 business days.
The transaction is now completed and no longer pending, it said the merchant has recieved my money. I also have screen shots. please look into this for me
Can a moderator look into this for me? Ilmy transaction was completed days ago i have not got my funds on here or on my card.
You will need to email a running bank statement to financialservices@ignitioncasino.eu. This must include:
Bank logo
Client’s name
Full bank account number or Last 4 digits of Credit Card number
Statement running from the date of the withdrawal in question until present date
