So it’s official the birthday bonus came along and it was exactly what I thought it was going to be half of what it usually is with five times the usual playthrough . You know this year’s been a pretty trying time for ignition they’ve had a lot of issues and still for some reason or another I decided to stick by them but like I said in the previous post this is going to be the the straw that broke the camel’s back. I’m done with this site it’s ridiculous that y’all y’all continue to have issue after issue after issue and not only do you poorly compensate the players for the issues but then you decide to take away compensations that were already in place I mean y’all just must not want customers especially not loyal ones cuz I’ve been here for five years I’ve got over 5 million lifetime miles 5 million and y’all decide to screw me over on my birthday no less. So I hope it was worth the ignition but y’all just lost another loyal customer have a good day EDIT: So I just got off chat with customer support and not only was I told I was given the correct bonus but when I asked if they would escalate the issue to someone who could possibly do something about the fact that what I’ve received this year is half of what I received every other year since I’ve been here they told me they couldn’t escalate anything because there is no problem. If I go to a brick-and-mortar casino and I have an issue I’m allowed to talk to somebody and voice my issue you’re even denying me that simple fact is a diamond member like it makes absolutely no sense how you won’t even let me make a complaint about y’all giving me half of what y’all normally do it’s absurd it’s and then I try to call on top of that and it says that the phone lines are down because of covid when I’ve called several times several in the last few years and gotten through every time except for this time and I only did this to try to salvage the relationship that I have with ignition here because I’ve spent a lot of money I have a lot of my time and money invested in this platform and and into being a diamond status member but apparently it doesn’t mean anything 5 million miles in wagering with this casino and they won’t even listen to my concern that’s appreciation thanks ignition stepping up to the plate as always

GL to ya guy. Bovada is doing the same thing by changing the BTC exclusive perks w/o as much as an email. And they wonder why players are leaving faster than their month long DDOS attack
