The bonus is still pending.

What does that mean? I did choose the deposit bonus option right before depositing.
I made deposits thrice. The third time was 20 usd when I read the requirement was 20 usd in this forum.
All of the times I chose the 50 free spins deposit.

You redeemed the bonus, then forfeited it, then deposited, then redeemed it again.
So when you deposited the bonus was not live.
