Something else that has also happened to me a fair amount of times but I haven’t said anything about is disconnecting from the site after playing jackpot sit and gos, but only after winning, and only on laptop. The site will be working fine, then I win one or two jackpot sit and gos and all of a sudden can’t do any poker on the site anymore. It’s happened to be me about 15-ish times I’d say. No problem on mobile, I can play lots of jackpots in a row on there. Anyone else have a similar problem or is it just me?
I don’t play too often on the software, I’ve played my share of Poker via desk/laptop but this was prior to mobile availability. Just to be clear you were always still awarded the prize $$ after disconnecting right?
Either way the software has always felt dated to me. It’s limited capacity for users to adjust aesthetics is a huge drawback. e.g. Window sizes for poker/casino games was always fixed. So if you wanted to play 3-4 poker tables and have 1 small screen for a slot requiring less attention, wasn’t possible. If this has changed let me know!!!

Ive had this same problem like the last month it takes about 30-45 min before u can reset and log in again!
