I’ve followed the recommended troubleshoot guide that Ignition Support has recommended on this forum. It has helped somewhat in that it has reduced the frequency of my disconnects but the disconnects still happen somewhat frequently. This is when 1 of my 4 tables won’t works even though my internet browser still works and the other 3 tables still work. This just happened again today, it probably happens to me once or twice every couple hours even the last few weeks. Where I will either disconnected from one table and get kicked off that table or the table will reconnect but i was forced to time out and fold in the hand I was currently playing.
This is really frustrating, I’ve tried and searched for every solution but nothing has helped completely. I also see at least 1 other player get disconnected from 1 of my tables and kicked off, this probably happens at least every 2-3 hrs. This has to be some sort of Ignition server issue, since I can play other poker sites that is not Igntion and those sites and tables run fine even with Ignition running at the same time. I’m afraid alot of recreational players encounter same problems and stop playing on there as a result. Could Ignition Support hire some experts who could fix this likely server problem?
Also I would like Support to look at a hand I played this morning. Hand # is 4008331267. Table # is 22602962. Pot was almost $200 and I had what was essentially the nuts on the turn. I bet flop but it kept disconnect. The rest of the tables worked fine. By the time the table worked again, I was forced to time out and forced to check turn and forced to fold river as none of the buttons worked. Obv i would’ve bet the turn with my hand and most likely pick up the pot or perhaps won an even bigger pot. Please help. Thanks for your time.
