Does anyone actually receive responses to emails regarding withdrawal issues?

A check I received for a withdrawal had been cleared in my bank for weeks before being removed due to bouncing, as the account that Ignition sent the check from was marked as closed. I’ve tried reaching out through the live chat multiple times, and submitted several tickets at their recommendation, but it’s been a month now with absolutely zero response.

I get the feeling they just wait for people to give up and never actually respond, at this point, because this is just getting ridiculous. There is actually no shot that they’re so “busy” that they can’t get to a ticket within a month.

What exactly was sent and to which email address?

I sent a breakdown with dates on when I initiated the withdrawal (along with the reference number), the date it cleared after having to be sent off due to being an international check, the date the money was removed with the notice of it being due to the payee account being closed, and photos of the front and back of the copy of the returned check sent to me by my bank.

It was sent to “financialservices@ignitioncasino.eu”, as suggested by the live chat. The first time I had reached out, they had told me to send it to “services@ignitioncasino.eu”, so technically I’ve reached out to both addresses.

I did receive the automated acknowledgement, so I know it was sent to the proper address, but I’ve yet to receive any human response despite it being a month since the first email was sent.

I would suggest that you resend the requested documents.

I’ve been told that multiple times now, and I’ve re-sent them multiple times lol. 4 times in total, to be precise. I’m always told to resend them, and I should hear back within 24-48 hours. It’s been a full week since I re-sent them the last time and was told that, and still I have received nothing.

I work support tickets for my own job, so I can understand that things get busy and can get a bit behind, so I’ve been pretty patient on this, but there’s just no way that there’s a full month and counting with no response unless the ticket was just ignored, and I just keep getting the same runaround when trying to reach out about it.

When was the initial report made or submitted and when did you receive a response?

The initial message was sent on September 17th, with follow ups on September 22nd, September 25th, October 3rd, and October 16th. I only ever received the automated “Acknowledgement” responses immediately after the emails were sent, but I have not received a human response on any occasion.

I think this whole thing is a scam I don’t think anybody ever gets money I just see a bunch of posts of people selling money but nobody’s buying any I don’t get any response except for go to live chat which doesn’t exist through match pay only the casino I think the whole thing is a scam I have $190 for sitting in there for a month now and I can’t get to it and I can’t get it canceled I can’t get it transferred out I can’t do anything

Yeah, I’m pretty positive they’re just ducking me at this point, honestly. There’s no way it takes this long to get a response, and every support person I’ve spoken to has only ever said “re-send the email”, like that’s done any good the past 4 times I’ve done so.

It’s ridiculous that the money ($900) was literally cleared in my account, then ripped out WEEKS later because Ignition had closed the account before the bank could retrieve the money, and now I magically cannot get any response from anyone who can actually do anything about this. It’s sketchy as can be.

I’ve never heard of a deposit that cleared and was then removed “weeks” later.

It would be within reason for an international check to take up to 10 business days to clear. But to remove the money from your account after weeks of having been cleared…

Regardless of what happens with ignition. I would look into your banks practices and see what that’s about. You may want to bank elsewhere.

Yeah, it blew my mind too when I logged into my bank and was suddenly missing $900, trust me lol. My bank had told me that it could take a while for it to clear when I deposited it due to them having to send it off due to being an international check. No big deal, waited for a good while before it cleared and hit my account on August 27th.

I put it toward paying off some balances, then on September 16th, I saw I was missing the money, logged in and saw that they had taken the money out + an additional $20 for a bounced check fee. All my bank was able to show was that the account it was sent from was closed, and Ignition is still ghosting me on it. It’s pretty disgusting behavior at this point, and the fact that the moderators aren’t even responding here anymore is pretty telling as well.

That said, I’m with you, I have absolutely no idea why my bank put the funds in my account if they hadn’t received the amount. It wouldn’t annoy me nearly as much if the money hadn’t already been spent and left me $900 short when I plan out all of my expenses ahead of time.

Would seriously change banks. Reminds me of the time I opened a wells fargo account with U. S. Savings Bonds. All of them were well past the maturity date , so they should have been worth over face value. The bank confirmed this before taking them.

The process took a while, but the money that hit my account was 70% of value. Bank then stated they must have been worth less.

Was too young to know better. I didn’t even get a receipt when I turned them in. Could have ended up with less than I did.

Moral is, don’t assume the Banks do everything like they’re supposed to. You’ve got to be your own advocate. Figure out what laws and you’re rights are. As well what can be done when they are disregarded.

Hope things work out for you.

Hi @bouncytarpon05 , the $190 you have available in MatchPay you can trad it in the Matchpay platform and not on the forum you need to create a trade on mtahchpay site.

Hi there! I tried to send you a PM, but it says you are not accepting messages at the moment. If you wouldn’t mind starting the conversation so that I can respond, I’ll be happy to send all the details over. Thanks!

Handled via PM.
