I’ve referred a few people that said when they attempted to sign up they were told their country was not accepted? It’s also been saying something similar when I log in. Both my referrals and myself live in California. Just wondering if there were any jurisdiction changes
We do welcome players from the United States. Although there are several restricted states:
Maryland
New Jersey
Nevada
Delaware.
Unfortunately players residing in these states would not be able to join.
Players from CA should have no issues, assuming they are not using a VPN of any kind.
If they are still having issues I suggest you direct them to our customer services live chat to find out what the issue is.
Can I ask are you using wifi or mobile data? Also, do you have any issue when using a laptop?
