Same bs about sending in screenshot through the chat pop up, when it doesnāt accept screenshots and generates the same error message constantly.
Same vague and worthless email responsesā¦ we have escalated this matterā¦ Your account is under reviewā¦ ect. ect. ectā¦ escalate what? review what?
And I HEAR YOU! nothing more frustrating than attempting to resolve anything, via chat, with someone who has no clue what you are talking about, what they are talking about, and especially when then insist on you submitting a screenshot through a nonfunctioning mechanism and refuse to acknowledge that maybe, just maybe, they could/should actually try to help resolve the problem by any other means than reading, then clip and pasting, responses that are not only useless, but impossible to carry out due to broken code on the siteās endā¦ such as uploading screenshots to nonfunctioning targets.
