Email survey reward never posted to my account

can a moderator help with this please? the site chat said email costumer support and no reply from them almost two days later as of now.

i completed a survey i received in a email on August 19th same day i got it and reward was supposed to be paid September 4th

here is a screenshot of the email. also haven’t received a crypto depositor freeroll poker ticket in like two months and been using bitcoin lighting to deposit almost every time for at least a month i think.

Same here man. Spoke with chat for an hour and they kept saying I have to provide a screenshot. The upload screenshot doesn’t work in chat. Finally they say email support the screenshot, support says I need to talk in chat. So infuriating. Finally they say “they escalated it”. Heard nothing after. What if I didn’t screenshot it? They have no way to see I did the survey? So incompetent.

Same here! This is bullsht. I took my time based on the promise of the points being awarded and it’s been 2 days overdue now. What kind of not-giving-a-sht business practice is this Ignition? I filled it out on the same day it was received. The fact that I had to spend an HOUR on the phone trying to fight for this, only to be told it’s been escalated is outrageously subpar for service. It’s simple and the solution should have been JUST AS SIMPLE.

Do better Ignition. This is not how you treat people who have been members and spend time contributing to your site.

Clearly, as not the only person this has happened to, you all should OWN this, with immediacy, and work your butt’s off to make right this error of YOURS. The response to this is beyond poor and is much more indicative of straight up terrible and shady business practice.

I got the shaft on those “Bonus Miles” also… Chat provided the same old song and dance…. This is a terrible thing to do to your customers

@ignition The way these types of issues should be worked out is…

  1. When it’s clear something is owed, Make it right with the customer first!!!

  2. Take as long as you want to figure out what happened.

Even if the same issue occurs with the same customer again. They will be fare more tolerant of such issues, if it’s made right immediately. Making people wait days - weeks or more. Infuriates people.

Many people won’t deposit again till the issue is resolved. So it costs you money.

Anyone else agree with this?

I havent got my reward points for the survey either. I sent email screenshots to the mods.
Well see what happens.

So has anyone received anything from this survey? I contacted mods and was to its escalated but from reading this thread that seems like what everyone is told. Has anyone got anything besides the runaround?

i just got this email from ignition that was basically the email i sent them and then that added that i should look into the topic lol. whats going on with ignition customer support and i swear the agent i did the chat with was AI not a real agent

Glad I didn’t fill it out that’s crazy. I wouldn’t spend a dime until they figure this out. Take deposits but don’t keep their word on promotions.

I sent you all the screenshots of the survey email and the completed screenshot too. And this is what I received from Ignition today - it verifies that I filled the survey and says that I should have received the points and “be able to use them” - BUT NOTHING HAS BEEN ADDED TO MY ACCOUNT!

What type of scammy run around is this?!

and then I call to speak with someone and they say, yes you do receive your scratch and win points daily, but that is not what this is about, this is from the survey sent out on the 19th.

@moderators You have EVERYTHING you need from me, please provide a solution to this disjointed apparatus that is Ignition Casino.
