I’ve tried everything they told me to do to clear this and I can’t play this game. Can anyone help?
They will just give you the same troubleshooting tips: clear cache and cookies, switch between mobile data and wifi if possible, use Chrome in incognito, try different browser, if using wifi reset it or use a different device
If you do all their stupid human tricks and this still happens, on a different browser and/or device if possible, it’s a server issue and you can’t really do anything except wait for them to fix it.
