I have gotten both error messages “you’re account balance isn’t enough to buy in to this game” and “sorry we’re down for maintenance”
The only way to fix it is to close and open the client. This happens mid session with other tables open forcing me to close everything to be able to buy in again.
Coconutbrah, both of these happened to me recently. Support told me to uninstall and reinstall the poker client.
I’ve had to reinstall the software 4 times this month. How many times am I supposed to reinstall it? Started up fine and now i can’t buy in unless I leave the tables I’m already at.
The pop up to rebuy at cash games is slow and lags on some tables. When trying to rebuy the error message in the top right shows “unable to process request” It took about 6 tries to get a rebuy to process. This can happen at one table while the others may function normally.

I sent you a PM three days ago and I asked you for more information, however, I didn’t receive a reply from you yet.
no mods are ever on during peak hours when most people play…you have to wait till 1am pst for a mod to log on but at 4am you might be able to spot 5 mods on at the same time.
Haven’t seen a mod in 3 days beginning to think they packed it up and aren’t coming back
