Hey I just deposited via eth and I am not seeing it registered on my account and it has 30+ confirmations now. And when I refresh the eth deposit screen, it’s showing a new eth address every time I refresh- something I’ve never seen before… usually it will have 1 or 2 different eth deposit addresses per 15 minute deposit window … I’d appreciate any help you can provide! Thanks

Yeah… Same, I have been waiting for chat for a while. It’s really weird
The only good thing i see is that its a issue for few people maybe thats why support isnt responding there too busy and hopefully we get our funds eventually
In my experience when i cant get a hold of support (as a diamond tier), it means that it’s probably affecting a lot of people… but yeah they will eventually fix it
