So I canceled my refer a friend bonus after i noticed that it seem predatory. You have to use the bonus first?.. and if you dont complete the bonus it takes all your winnings back? So I canceled my bonus after realizing this was a possibility. Well the tourney I played I won, yet i didn’t get rewarded my prize… turns out since I canceled my refer a friend bonus, you guys are saying I used that to buy into the tourney, even though I had plenty of funds without the bonus… how is this right or fair??

We’re sorry to hear of any frustration or confusion caused here, but this is how the bonus structure works as essentially we take funds in this order:

  1. Non deposit bonuses
  2. withdrawable cash
  3. Locked cash
  4. Deposit bonuses

I read over the bonus terms a few times, I didn’t see any info about how the Refer a friend bonus was different than a deposit bonus. There should of been some warning when i went to cancel my refer-a-friend bonus that i would be playing the tourney with no chance of winning. There is plenty of opportunities for improvement on your end in regards to that process. Especially when the bonus terms state that if the winnings acquired from the bonus would be taken away if the requirements were not met in 30 days.

Essentially the refer a friend bonus is a non deposit bonus as you’re not required to make a deposit in order to receive it. Also, the expiration date for the bonus was in December or 6 months from the date you claimed the bonus and not 30 days which is the standard amount of time you have to roll it over.

This is generally more than enough time with any sort of consistent gameplay.

This is all valuable information that I wish I knew before I canceled my bonus. I do like the site. I read over the “Bonus- terms and conditions” 4 times and I wish the information you provided was there or at least a link to the page where this is stated. Now I understand I basically threw a bunch of bonus money away plus some tourney winnings. Oh well, thanks for informing me and I hope someone reads this before maki the same mistake I made.
