Fraud with ignition account

Honestly just want to vent here I have been using ignition for over 8 years and somebody hacked into my account 2 weeks ago or 3 weeks ago and took out the $1,500 that I had sitting there you guys were very unhelpful and basically said there’s nothing they could do about it besides just getting me back in the account because I got kicked out of the account when the person who did the fraud changed my email and password and pin and everything so all that they were able to do was get me back into the account at that point the money was already taken I had screenshots proving that it was somebody else and not me I even called to them and told them to listen to the recorded call saying that don’t you need a second verification to get into an account and they told me yes but obviously that was not the case because someone still hacked my account and did fraud It just stinks because I was a very loyal customer and used you guys for over 8 years and very disappointed that there was nothing they could do to help me or reimburse me for what happened I mean I’m sure this is a multi-million dollar if not billion dollar company and they are not willing to help out at all not the $1,500 not $200 not anything to help out a loyal customer with a VIP diamond level ,so I just will not be using ignition anymore I just really wish that somebody would have done something to help and have my back in the situation.

I’m really sorry this happened—losing access and funds like that is incredibly frustrating. Your concerns about security and support are completely valid.While we can’t review accounts here, I’d recommend requesting a formal escalation with all your evidence through email or contact again the customer support. But since they have looked into your account there is nothing we can override from our end. Thank you for sharing your experience.
