Guys, “playing thousands” of coin in, or mentioning poker rake, are not reasons to get discretionary comps. These are based off of your theoretical loss in the casino.
You probably aren’t as big of a gambler as you think you are, which is perfectly fine.

I was supposedly awarded 25 free spins on a night with Cleo. At no point does the site ask if I want to use them, and I’ve burned 5 dollars trying to.
Between this and the fact that it’s like a 50% chance that your software will be functional during the Chrome freeroll, I’m immensely frustrated.
I’m actually LOSING money with your rewards system.
@Pooterdonk can you please try to clear your cache, log out and then back in. When you open the game up, you should get a pop up stating you have free spins and if you’d like to use them now or later

That worked. It would have been nice to not have lost 5 bucks attempting to use the free spins to win 8.

I am a Platinum member almost titanium and it never got any free spins either fact it’s been almost a year since I’ve gotten anything from you I spend thousands and thousands of dollars. I stoped playing. Mayby a nice poker ticket or some free spins, will get me motivated again.

@Bpotter We see that there’s been no issuance of any free spins from the exclusive promotion as there’s been no $30 deposit from your end over the last few months. Note the program requires a $30 deposit to activate the benefits.
I never get free spins either. Like I participate with ignition casino on tweeter, and here and I’m just about a titanium level. I use to get a lot more Little gifts!! In my inbox and now I hardly ever do. I’m not complaining, just trying to figure it out

I used to get the free spins for the Bitcoin deposits then mine just stopped? Now all I receive is the % of my deposit

Welcome to the Forum! Can you advise us the last time you received these? We’re not seeing that you were in the program at any recent point or received spins for bitcoin deposits. The last free spins you received were on the 12th and were a one time occurrence.
Let me try and look. It’s definitely been a while since I received them.
