I cant get into REELS AND WHEELS i have clear browser and cache and restarted and still freezes on opening screen

Its doing it AGAIN game freezes on opening screen no error message and i had to log in on incognito mode because i played poker earlier and you cant go back to casino without deleting cookies or the site will be retarded and when try to log back in i get red error
And AGAIN I CANT EVEN LOG IN TO MY ACCOUNT NOW!! I HAD TO SWITCH BROWSERS AND NOW I AM USING ONE THAT I CANT EVEN PLAY POKER ON SO WHATS THE DEAL I CLEARED CACHES I DELETED COOKIES AND NOTHING I AM SICK OF THIS CRAP
This place is a joke I finally get someone on chat who immediately sends me an email to change my password EVEN THOUGH I AM LOGGED IN. The script must have run out because all she would say is ITS NOT OUR FAULT I sent screen shot of one error message and told her the site just freezes no orher errors she said clear cache and cookies WHICH I HAVE DONE ALL DAY WTF IS UP WITH THIS SITE
