Can someone please explain to me how this process works. I made an initial deposit of $25. I played and won about $461 but it shows that I cant withdraw the money. Why is that and also why cant I play certain games when i have a balance? Somebody please make it make sense.

When you redeem a bonus on your deposit, you will first need to rollover your deposit, In your case, you’ll need to wager $86.00 in the casino before your bonus funds will be released into your withdrawable balance.
