My friend made a withdrawal and didn’t receive all of his funds . He’s blocked from using the forum and can’t get anyone in support .

He’s been disabled and told me he could not contact support and i never had this happen before so i thought i would get insure here …
He won 3 grand and made a withdrawal . Well his account got disabled and 48hours went buy and only 120$ was depoisted to his bitcoin .
He can still contact live chat even if he is not logged into his account.
