played reels and wheels xl for a few months now, never had any issues with jackpot triggering but not being activated. happened on two separate occasions today, one of them being a 5 dollar bet. I had the sound off so I am unaware if the jackpot sound activated but was wondering if this was happening to anyone else.

Well i am not the only one. Ive been given the run around and not pleased with customer service at all and mine was a measly .40 wheel bonus. Wheel came up and it was spinning and got the disconnection notice, reloaded and bonus didnt load back up. So good luck with yours. I asked for it to be escalated thinking they could see the result on the backend but just was given the same troubleshootibg steps the live agent gave me. Escalating doesnt do a damn thing.
Said compensation isnt being offered for the issue. Offered to review my account for a free bonus with rollover of course, $20 was given but that doesnt excuse the fact they have a problem with their game that affects customer gameplay. Whatever i won wouldnt be required to rollover as i dont use bonuses usually.
This was already escalated, and CS will contact you once they have a resolution, the ticket is currently still open.
Thanks Davy, I assume It was just a visual glitch and don’t think anything shady was going on here. I’d still like to make sure however that there isn’t something wrong with the slot and confirm it was a visual error as I really only play reels and wheels xl.

hes playing off the poker client. its backwards from the practice play/real play in the casino. the top right is what he would click to hop over to practice mode. Also you can tell its real play as theres a dollar sign on his balance
Then there is a huge issue!!! I just never seen practice mode on my screen. Not defending casino. But they can review every spin and they will pay! I have had issues and they paid.
The button for Practice mode would appear in the top right when you’re playing for real off the downloaded poker software. As in a toggle over to practice mode. In the online website when playing games the top right shows whatever mode your in
