Hosted program… A huge joke

Does anybody else feel like ignition intentionally puts players that are high spenders in the hosted program so they can stop giving them any good bonuses and try to pretend that they are valued with a dedicated phone line? I’m pretty sure that is true and I’m going to request to be un-hosted today. Would love to hear any other hosted players experience.

I’ve been fed so much crap about all the stipulations it takes to get any kind of a free play and they always find a reason to keep from giving back any money no matter how big your losses are.

Let’s take this month for example. I’ve lost a large amount of money and I requested a cash bonus yesterday and they said that they can’t get me one because I had 1 $300 withdrawal earlier… I’ve lost 60 times that amount this month alone and they will not issue a bonus til I deposit the $300 back. Anyway I’m a f**king idiot so I did deposit that back (and more) and they still won’t give a dime of free play and won’t even provide a reason.

Anyway all I know is - I used to get way better bonuses when I was not hosted and the couple of $bitty perks that hosted players get are not worth the terrible treatment.

If you’re hosted, let me know your experience. If you’re not hosted, count your blessings because if you’re a big spender that is used to a decent amount (not great but at least a little bit to keep you playing) of bonuses and you are added to the program then you’re in for a rude awakening.

Omg I didn’t get my weekly 100% up to $1000 bonus for the first time this week. They put me n the hosted program last week. I messaged my “host” and I keep getting the run around. She keeps telling me I used it but I only used the small one (100% up to $100 ) ugh

I have made a couple withdrawals and deposited more definitely but I have wagered back so much no matter what they will not give me any free bonuses bovada won’t no matter what I hit a progressive on cyberpunk for $48,000 last year over a year ago actually and since I withdrew most of that they don’t count all my losses throughout the year and a half that’s happened since they will not issue bonuses at all no free play whatsoever. They told me it’s for players that lose? What about the hundreds of thousands that I’ve wagered back that I’ve won they don’t count that

I’m top tier hosted. I’m deaf. There is litereally no way for me to communicate with them other than email, which they hardly ever reply to. In the past, they were great with free bonuses and stuff. Then my personal host was off on personal reasons for like 3 months. It took another 3 months for them to assign a new host to me. My new host is trash and gave me terrible bonuses that I will never use. And I basically cannot even communicate with them. It’s getting worse and worse and worse.

Same!! They skipped me on this one too. There’s definitely something going on and I’m pretty sure they host players that spend $$$ so that they can deny bonuses and tell them they’re getting all of these other perks.

They explained the way bonuses work to me multiple times but I have proof on Bovada where I’m not hosted anymore that is not the case for regular players. My time at ignition prior to being hosted tells a different story too.

I’m going to talk to my host about being unhosted as soon as she gets back from her 2 days off.

Can’t wait til US casinos go live nationwide because the treatment here has been abysmal

the 100% up to $1000 crypto weekly bonus was 100% up to $500 this week for me

Well on phone calls they basically just talk in circles about your numbers trying to make up reasons to avoid giving you bonuses. For me it was that I had $17,000 in net losses last 31 days but then HOLY $H!T yesterday I pulled out $300!!! World is over and I am a big winner. Anyway I’ve deposited $350 since that withdrawal and still not eligible for a bonus. Then the next explanation was that I’ve gotten about $11,000 in bonuses so that makes my bonus to deposit ratio way over the limit…

Crazy thing that they treat bonus dollars as more valuable than regular dollars and most of my bonus dollars are weekly matches that carry 35X rollover! Clearly I’m not making any money at all on their bonuses and I’m not even that upset about the losses but sometimes I get tired of depositing money and immediately losing it. It feels really stupid to request a bonus after losing that much and then get $80 lol. This is an average month in losses for me over the last few months (actually I think I lost even more every month from march-April) so I’m way down but god forbid they give me a free poker ticket. It’s pretty insulting and I don’t recall it ever being this bad before being “promoted” to hosted status.

I can’t wait for US casinos to go live nationwide because this is ridiculous.

Hey not sure if this will help…but i was told that no free bonuses would be offered unless you have used all of your deposit bonuses that they’ve issued to you on your account. Which sucks because i never make it through the playthrough…so i don’t use them. And if you have any withdrawal as well they will deny as well a free bonus. I’ve been in diamond tier forever and never received an invitation to host but seems like I’m not missing anything.:smirk:

How many of y’all actually make money off of the deposit bonuses?

Surprisingly I actually made $35k on a deposit bonus on a sister site of Ignitions yesterday. Haha I think I actually messaged you there because I’ve maxed out my withdrawal methods and am trying to sell via player transfer but nobody is ever on the forum there. I’m selling PTs at a good discount to just get more money out
