Tried multiple browsers and clearing cache.
I have the same issue. Have cleared cache, used in incognito mode, switched devices and can get none of the hot Drop games to load. I don’t have issues with any other games and strange thing is I don’t have this problem on Bovada with the Hot Drop Games.
Could you please clarify if all Hot Drop Jackpot games are not loading? And if the issue is still exists. We didn’t get any other reports as I’m aware.
Can you please provide the screenshots as well?

Im sure this is affecting thousands of players im surprised this isnt fixed yet. Not really fair we cant play all the games . Everything worked fine for me until the new jet set game started .

They seem to be operational on our end now, is this still an issue for those above? We didn’t actually get any reports or a widespread issue but this seems like an intermittent issue.
Had issues on bovada two days ago and ignition here also with games and loading the hot shot . Tried to talk with support but they said all looks good on their end… still don’t believe it after dropping over $1000.00 in bitcoin between both sites and entire time kept getting invalid token error codes and games hard up. Here’s some screen shots , I’m in the hall of fame on bovada also and haven’t had anything this bad with casino portions on both sites same time and day experience these issues back to back . Should have just donated my money to the pool fund and got a house project done .
We’re sorry if there was disconnection issues but do note that this shouldn’t actually affect payment of the games. When you hit deal or spin the results are determined immediately. The visual aspect is just entertainment. Even in a case where you don’t see a result it should still be tracked on our end. The only time it isn’t is if there’s a stuck bonus round ongoing. If this was reviewed and they saw no spins still open then it is likely they were all completed.
