What exactly did you escalate and to who? I think the only thing I’ve gotten for constantly bringing up my issues with their rewards system is a 20 free spin bonus for 777 deluxe.

Yes, can you elaborate? What higher levels are you referring to? Did you DM a mod or email support? I would like to submit feedback and my concerns as well.
When you become VIP you receive an invite. I was emailed and spoke to my host on the phone. I think they determine when you become eligible to receive an invite once you become diamond level. The last tier is exclusive. This is just my understanding anyway

Hey @LennoxWay How about the new profile image? jaja and to @acepicklerick and everybody else on the post; why would you want my email that I send to Ignition corporate offices and support staff??? if you want to add to what I have that’s why I ask; so everything was in one place from the work I started without you starting from scratch. I already see changes and Im happy with a lot of the modifications and suggetions I shared with the @moderators.
