well you get host as you move up tiers but depending on your concern you have the @moderators and the help support who will do there best to help you with most issues. like they have with me no matter the tier or level im at… Also i done research and very few casino come close to Ignition casino but your in the right place. I coul share there names but go to guru casino they list most of the and with ratings…

I just hit Diamond level a few days ago. Has it made any difference to you, other than the cashback increase?
No, to be honest if anything I find they don’t offer as much nor do they treat you like top level

I feel the same way. I don’t feel that 90% of Ignition cares at all how much time and money I’ve spend on their site, other than the mods, nothing bad to say about them!
I wouldn’t expect Vegas style perks or treatment, but I feel no different than when I first hit bronze and could play the weekly freerolls.

The Ignition promotions team must have the easiest job there, they almost never do a single thing. I have not read a single post or thread from a diamond or diamond VIP player where it has made any difference at all. I did get a 20 free spin bonus on 777 deluxe once, I’m pretty sure it was for bitching in the forums, lol. I’m wondering if it at least influences how much they give you for your birthday bonus. At least the last time I was a top rewards player with Absolute Poker I had all kinds of perks, some published, and more than a few behind the scenes.
Now that’s one thing I can say positive, this past yr they gave me a $500 birthday bonus with 1x rollover!! And I wasn’t even at diamond yet . I sure hope this year is the same or better

Wow, $500, I think mine was only $250 and I was Titanium level. I would feel a lot better about all of this if I had ever won a jackpot or a max payout once, I’ve come kinda close a few times.
If I don’t start getting better perks, I won’t be playing here much longer.

I’m definitely looking for a new site to play on. I feel like I’ve finally come to my senses and am getting out of an obviously abusive relationship. I’m not expecting the world or anything, I just want to feel appreciated and be rewarded fairly for the money I’ve pissed away here.

Exactly! I had every intention to put a good portion of that on Ignition and make a run on a high stakes hot streak. Now, I doubt I do more than max out a 1x play through deposit match I get offered. And that’s a big if.

I have to agree on the promotions thing. There just aren’t many at all sent via email. Most of the ones I do get is because of reaching out to my host. But even then bonus play through is ridiculously high usually. That’s not saying anything negative about the hosts because they have been wonderful. I’m sure it’s ignition regulating what they are allowed to give.
