ive tried everything but still have no game sound

sOUND WENT OUT MID-GAME WELL OVER A YEAR AGO, Only player alert and big-hand fanfare sounds play. No table sounds. Sounds are enabled in settings.
this occurs on all devices and networks: Home desktop & network; laptop, 3 different secure networks.
Lap top on 3 different secure networks, including home,

Sounds play on casino games, but not poker, except player alert and fanfare sounds.
Problem on all poker games, cash and sng,
Laptop games open in Chrome. Not sure about home computer but I don’t think it’s Chrome.
