Pros pretty fast withdrawals, some good games, i enjoy some of the employees, birthday bonus at a certain level
Cons zero transparency and i mean zero, you get a different answer from multiple employees when you have an issue, things change often and typically not for the better, it feels like you are punished when you win.
What perks you do have arent reliable.

You are absolutely correct about the zero transparency. The player is always stuck having to reach out and get different answers depending on what agent you happen to get. Transparency is the most obvious flaw.
You are also correct about the withdrawal process. I haven’t had any issues yet and usually received funds within an hour. I haven’t withdrawn in months now to see if anything is different
Its difficult to trust this casino when straight honest answers aren’t given. Its also worrisome when the host team acts as if a win of 3k cuts you off from all perks, not that there are any true perks. It makes me feel like the casino isnt very stable financially.
The pro is that it’s easy to add and withdraw money. The poker games are very soft if you play snug. I don’t feel like it’s “rigged” anymore than any other site. The slots feel pretty tight. The cons are that there are really zero perks. You get minimal points and if you’re winning they will NEVER drop extra points into your account even at diamond level. You literally have to lose a lot of money to get a tiny bone thrown at you. You’ll have your concierge congratulate you for winning when you’ve busted. Honestly, only good thing is the ability to move money on an off. And the soft poker games. If you can play on a regulated site, you’re much better off.
Here is a prime example. I log onto the site i have a banner that says “10 free spins on us 777 deluxe claim now.” I click on the claim now and it takes me to my reward page but nothing is there. I contact cs, spend a lot of time with Gino, he asks for another screenshot, i lose him retrieving the ss. I then have to start all over with another cs agent. Spend tons of time with him and get no resolution. Gino said it would be resolved in 1 to 2 hours, the next agent says 24 to 48 hours. Now the banner is completely gone. Any side bets on how this will end?
I have no idea how to run a casino, however, i am a nurse and I know customer service, more importantly, i know how to provide customer service even when often times the customer is wrong. This place drives me insane.
