it has been more than a year and evey single time i try to play the freeroll on the ignition poker windows program it doesnt work. i have to go to chrome to play it and its a pain in the ass, seriously what is going on?

the same thing happens to me. I have not been able to play the Thursday freeroll several months. When I register for the tourney it never says take my seat. It only says view table and I can not sit down. I will take SS Thursday night if that will help

I have registered for the $2500 GTD Casino Reward but I can not open my table after clicking on ‘View Table’. I believe the issue when a player’s MTT rank is above 1000 then the poker client will not seat you at the table.
The second issue is MTT lobby only displays the players at the table with an MTT rank of less than 1000, Example Table 117 shows 8 players (lower left) but the middle section (Table 1) lists only 3 players.
The player’s rank is 1000 or below then the poker client will show the Take Seat button and you will be seated at the table when you click this button. However, your raining is 1001 or above then MTT lobby DOES NOT display take seat button to allow you to be seated at the table.
I believe this problem occurs when there are more than 1000 players still playing in a tournament.
Hope this information helps with the investigation.
I sign up for the freeroll and it says im registered but i cant sit down
I tried registering for the freeroll tonight and it said i didnt have the proper ticket, but i do have the proper ticket, and the tournament was still registering. I was just not allowed to use it.

In the last year I have played the free roll maybe 4 or 5 times and have signed up for every one, For some reason just like the pic above the take your seat button is not there and once the tournament starts the table never shows up. i dont want to have to jump thru the hoops of clearing cache blah blah etc every single time I try to play the free roll. It would be nice if this could be fixed…
