I play poker and would never use the deposit bonus which is for casino only and has a 35x rollover. Why would I not qualify for one when I have deposited thousands more than I have withdrawn? Been a good customer and would appreciate an exception once in a while.

This is why people are leaving. Customers like myself who are in the hole thousands aren’t being offered courtesy bonuses. If thousands in losses isn’t enough, I’m not sure what is. I hope you guys reconsider and make this right.

Bonus/ rewards outside of any ongoing promotion are normally issued at our Promotion Team’s discretion, there is no set time frame as to when this will be given. However, your feedback is greatly appreciated and this will be forwarded over.
Yes same. Haven’t received gifts in months. Also on a bad losing streak.

I agree with you friend, ignition seems to have gotten to big to remember how they got there. It is our money and time spent, period the end! And if they promise us a bonus for depositing $$ that;s what we should get. we didn’t make up the rules ignition did and here we are still waiting,

i wasnt speaking of the lil gifts to them… i was referring to my weekly crypto bonus that was supposed to be given to me after a qualifying $20 crypto deposit. I had 3 in the past 31 days and i’m yet to recieve it
It’s been months since I have or anyone I know on here has gotten the random gifts, seems like it’s a trend. Lol
