I’m Diamond and have been on a 3 month losing session and I deposit and play quite a bit haven’t cashed out once in 3 months. I haven’t seen the little gifts reward points back for over a month and whenever I inquire about a freeplay bonus with live chat they just say no with no reason given, anyone else running into this?

Yep, I am a diamond member as well and I’m going on 2.5 months with no drops. I would assume I’ve had $5K-10K more in deposits than withdrawals over the same period. Ignition used to be the best at giving drops but have like totally stopped, while it seems the Sister sites are doing drops more frequently than they used to, it’s pretty odd to me.

I received this message back in June.
I’m not sure how not giving additional points back improves my rewards, but they’ve stopped giving them to me also.

It doesn’t improve rewards and I have voiced my frustrations to the mods as I think the “little gifts” were everyone’s favorite rewards.
The message I got in June didn’t mention there would be no further top-up’s, thus I think for Diamond level tier they may still do them but they haven’t done any for me yet.

I’m diamond now but was titanium when everyone got those messages and I didn’t get any message at all. I asked if it meant I’m not affected since I didn’t get a message and they confirmed I wasn’t affected but still haven’t received anything either.

If you didn’t receive a message you should still be eligible I believe. Though again as these are random it’s a bit hard for us to confirm any specific details or what you will receive going forward.

I’m not in Cashback program not have I received littles gifts since April and haven’t had a winning month here. Lol. Today is my bday so hopefully that bonus comes through.
Makes me question if I want to pay to have a statis that still don’t really get rewarded

Diamond Level Player here. Ignition little gifts don’t exist anymore. The non deposit bonus don’t exist either. It extremely disappointing when we lose hundreds to thousands dollars playing and are told can’t be granted a non deposit bonus. Usually customer service always give the same BS line “if I could issue one I would issue one right away.” Then they say I found a deposit bonus for you. Deposit bonuses are horrible. Customer service says you can refer a friend for additional money. Who gonna refer anyone to Ignition if there’s no appreciation. I’m not referring anyone else until Ignition make changes.

So im not the only one?? This is freaking ridiculous and we should not stand for any of this. There are literally hundreds off online casinos to play at and i chosed this one because i like to stay to what i know and their bonuses were dedent and straight forward. The agent straight lied to me an said a $30 dollar deposit has to be made in order to qualify. Which is not its the $20 ans it still says $20 when i told the mods he simply booted me kut of chat!!

@Prime760 as I checked the conversation, you mentioned to the agent that you’re looking for a weekly boost. That’s what the agent was answering. There was no single mention of “Little gifts” during the conversation. You received your Crypto weekly boost on August 15 and August 22.
As Davy already advised these Rewards Points are randomly and automatically generated by our Marketing Team and there is no specific timeframe to when these will be added to your account. Note that these are not part of an on-going promotion, thus why they are also referred to ‘Little Gifts’.
They were taken away while they continue to work on “improving our rewards program” … I think that’s what the email said 
. Please make that make sense
