I deposited 20$ With a 50% match bonus and when I check my account I was short money and no bonus was applied. Frustrated with the lack of help I got from support. I decided to use my 19.84 (was supposed to be 20) while my bonus was pending and now they can’t credit me my bonus? Bs. I hate knowing they kept my money and THIER bonus money.
@Sergio12313 I’m sorry to hear that the bonus was never applied. I’ve since made the correction and your funds funds are available.
Remember when sending Bitcoin there will always be small miner fees involved. As a result, if you send $20, you will get slightly less after the fees.

@Sergio12313. When you send Bitcoin…the price of that is constantly changing. Sometimes you will see a few cents less than you sent and sometimes you see a few more cents than you sent. It happens both ways.
@Matt. I don’t thinks it is the minor fee…because (in my wallets) when I send you guys $20, the fee is taken out separately from my balance. For example if I have $25 in my wallet and send you $20 and the minor fee is 5 cents then my balance goes down to 4.95cents after the money is sent. However, sometimes I will get $19.84 credited to my casino account or sometimes I would get $20.12 credited. I think it’s just the fluctuation of bitcoin. Just my opinion I could be wrong. Either way it’s just a few cents up or down.
