I lost $180 due to gaming glitches

Around 5 days ago I made a $195 deposit an proceeded to try and play normally. The games were glitching out, just spinning and spinning and if they finally did end a roll I lost, and I was disconnected over 13 times with my bet amount being lost after play. The game was not resumed on the last spin when I reconnected. At first I thought he issue may have been on my end so I checked my connection logs on my router via my phone’s IP address and it was solid the entire time. Initially I was hoping that the issues would resolve themselves but no. I contacted support about this when I had $15 dollars remaining asking for a refund on my deposit or some kind of compensation for the glaringly obvious, OBVIOUS technical issues occuring. I even got it escalated to tier 2 support with a supervisor and still they did nothing. Instead they said that they had already awarded players 40,000 rewards points (with a 25x playthrough or whatever it was) and that was supposed to be enough. It’s ridiculous.

If this site cannot run the games properly and fairly due to technical issues or Ddos attacks or whatever then they should just stop gameplay instead of continuing to take/steal people’s money.

It seems like this site is unable to defend itself sufficiently from these attacks. They’ll probably end up paying some type of “ransom” to the attackers to stop the attacks and what happens? Oh, suddenly everyone is losing. You’re kicked out of poker tournaments. Nothing hits. Shocking, no??? Wtf ignition. I’m a diamond level member. I play here a lot. It is SOOO obvious what’s happening.

Welcome to the Forum though we wish it was under better circumstance.

Note that while we of course understand the lack of an entertainment aspect in having technical errors, as we’ve stated on a few thread these wouldn’t necessarily affect payouts. Note that the second you hit spin or deal on your games the result is determined immediately. Even if disconnected the visual aspect is for entertainment, and the result or payout is calculated. you would be applied any winnings if you were going to win the spin. obviously still not ideal and this is the type of thing that will be taken into account when compensation is provided.

Yes, I understand that the animations are not relevant to the outcome. However, problems with the animations one very single roll are indicative of much larger underlying technical issues. And if the game itself is showing such obvious technical problems I can’t help butyohave doubts about the validity and fairness of the outcome of the gameplay.

Beyond that, being disconnected and the game not picking up on the previous roll but starting on a new roll with my previous bet lost is a serious issue which happened multiple times on different games. Specifically Reels & Wheels and Reels & Wheels XL.

I said same thing bc it took 5 dollars of my deposit and bc i glitched and we didnt get to see what it landed on thats not there problem bc it land at some point on nothing he saying. He saying it not there problem that can take our money and we dont have to see it land. Which if you ask me i truly believe thats against the law bc u can glitch and take our money all the time and that would be fraud

Thats the same game my issues were on kinda funny. Guess we need to post in all casino reveiw sites to be careful bc ignition will not pay u back when there game messes and steals our money bc yall seen it hit nothing as it kicked u off the game so thats all that matters.

Yeah. The first customer support agent I talked to denied there were any technical issues and said that the fault was on my end. After going back and forth on that, me showing him how I had checked the connection on my end and it was olid during the entirety of gameplay, him trying to undercount the number of times I was completely disconnected and just completely discredit my problem I was finally escalated to tier 2 and talked with a supervisor.

The supervisor confirmed that yes there were technical issues that were affecting gameplay. He was aware of my issues and how many times I had been disconnected and everything else but they still wouldn’t do anything about it. Again saying that the 40,000 rewards points with a 25x playthrough requirement was somehow equivalent to my loss of $180 due to the site not functioning properly or fairly.

Right they told me it spun so even though it got stuck and kicked me off it still worked. Im like well no time did i see it stop and when get back on its back at beginning. Its crazy they how they doing us

Yes, exactly what happened to me. I would like some compensation for this. Hopefully they’re taking individual cases and amounts into consideration.

It’s so strange that so many people have been seeing the exact same flaws in the exact same games…hmmm… did you clear your cache, try a new device, change your IP! I’m sure that’s everyone’s problem not this dumpster fire stealing everyone’s money,

The fact that everyone is having the exact same issue shows that it’s not a problem on the player’s end. Beyond that there’s no way that different players on different platforms in different parts of the world with different hardware would be having the exact same issue.

No. This is definitely the fault of the casino. Also there’s the fact that I’m using the same setup to play as I always have and I’ve never had any issues until the site has been experiencing these technical problems. I’m sure it’s much the same for everyone else.

And the supervisor I spoke with during my conversation with customer support confirmed that the site was having technical issues that was interfering with game play although they still tried to downplay the amount of times I was disconnected. And how being disconnected mid spin and having to start the game over, losing my bet was supposed to somehow be okay? It’s not.

This is undoubtedly, undeniably, 100% the fault of the casino.

But I do understand what you’re saying. Those things can cause issues but it’s very rare and not with so many people at the exact same time on the same games. There’s no way that happens beyond a problem in the functionality of the casino.

I’m sorry, I forget people don’t actually know me and can’t hear my sarcastic tone. I totally agree with you 100% and there’s no doubt in my mind these games have ripped people off. All these people all the way across the map and customer support gives the same scripted excuses and blames the players. I’ve been reading through all of the topics on this forum and it’s sad to see all the people being cheated, lied to and basically stolen from and here they sit still loyal and hopeful of some type of compensation for problems that have gone on for far to long. Maybe they should be seeking retribution instead…
