I need to change my phone number. I’ve already emailed in my ID and a selfie to verification@ignitioncasino.eu 2 days ago but haven’t heard back. I’m trying to complete a player transfer please help.
Same situation here. Hope you fair better than I have and I hope you are not trying to resolve with the supposed “Live Chat” option. Customer support is entirely lacking here. Best it seems that we can do is to send an email and then wait days to hear back for an otherwise simple question.
