I agree. I have won plenty playing poker and slots. I won the jackpot on 3 different slots, placed 4th in the Sunday high roller 100k, and I have just overall won a decent amount on normal poker and slot play. Also, you can’t beat the withdrawal timeframes. I have never had to wait over an hour whether withdrawing $900 or $9000. And that’s all wins within the last year or so. My issue is with the software. Like now, I am playing in a tourney, but it disconnected and it won’t log back in. This is an everyday occurrence. I always speak to their customer service workers (by the way they are quick to help and respond), but never solve the issue of the software. Ever since the debacle with there software a few months ago, nothing has been the same. Something happened and they are not saying. I have been playing for over 5 years and this has never happened until that “Denial-of-service attack” they apparently had

They gave me a $250 bonus and later sent me a message saying it was a mistake, as it didn’t reflect my recent play. They also said they wanted to revoke it but since I had already played most of it (and lost), this one time I could keep the poker tickets I had left and any free spins on the slots as well as any winnings (none).
