Ignition has totally let me down

I am so tired of depositing and depositing without getting any kind of customer appreciation with a free bonus. I was always happy to spend thousands here because I knew if I lost it, I would have a second chance with a free bonus but not anymore. I am so angry. I think I’m done with ignition officially.

You do currently have a couple of bonuses available on your account that you can use.

I totally agree , you would think they little more rewarding. It take a toll when give give give and nothing comes back . A little ty from time to time would be nice. I have heard about getting emails and to this day never gotten any rewards or bonuses thru email , I’ve also been told to check with live chat for bonuses and free play and I do but almost never and I eligible for anything

No I meant I deposit a lot without a deposit bonus attached so there’s no way my bonus amounts are higher than my deposits and I know y’all count that when deciding eligibility for free bonuses. I’ve had no withdrawals either.

Davy did you see the words FREE BONUS in my post. No I have no free bonuses in my account.

I appreciate that, but other things are taken into consideration too. If the CS agents are able to issue a bonus they will, if you are not eligible at the time then unfortunately they are unable to.

You can say that all you want but it’s never ever been this difficult to get a free bonus in the last several years I’ve been playing here. There’s been a change and it hasn’t been geared towards satisfying your customers in any way like it was before. Look at all the complaints on this issue here on the forum lately. It’s extremely noticeable that free bonuses are no longer being granted the it was a couple of months ago.

There is no change as such, the process has always been in place, although the agents are now being asked to follow the process correctly to make the process more consistent.

Well they should as well share the guidelines for who gets cashback and who doesn’t and why…same for free gifts…idc about the marketing dept and they suck. All they do iis take away perks from the people who done well in the past…and it’s pissing customers off.

That’s not true Sir, because the process has changed.

As a matter of fact, I received an email explicitly telling me that the process is going to change…And sense that last email that I got, I haven’t received anything like I used to in the past.

They can’t provide any reason for anything …its just up to the marketing dept and they need to be fired. Who takes away everything good from loyal and long-term players for no reason? And give to some…bunch of :poop::poop::poop::poop::poop::poop:

Diamond Level player here. Marketing team needs to rethink their current strategy. Ignition gonna lose more customers important ones that spend hundreds to thousands daily and weekly if nothing is changed. Marketing team should be concerned with customer retention. Courtesy free play and other incentives to show appreciation with keep customers happy and returning to play on the site.

The only “bonus” that was meaningful was the random point drops into the account. I definitely miss those and it’s extremely disappointing they did away with that. :frowning: All the other deposit and no deposit bonuses are almost impossible to rollover at 35x

I was referring to the actual process of checking for bonus eligibility, not the rewards points.
