I flopped a set in one game, the site froze. I couldn’t hit any buttons, and it folded me out. I had over half my stack in there. I busted the tourney a few hands later.
I wanted reimbursement, because this would never happen in a live game.
They saw I had an interruption, but “it wasn’t on our end”. Then clear cookies advice, etc.
I’m done with Ignition. This has happened several times. If they haven’t screwed you over yet, they will. Just give them time. I was a silver member.
We’re sorry to hear about your experience. I’d recommend aside to clearing cache to go through these troubleshooting steps if this occurs again.
