After all my game play and pretty good amount of deposits. Asking cs for some free play and get denied. I used to get free chips all the time. But now you can’t get one if your life depended on it… I saw a few guys complaining about depositing big money and wasn’t able to get any free play either…

Yeah I’m a big player I don’t get much of nothing anymore. Its a joke I give up. Might as well go buy a lambo or something. Give the money to charity they would be grateful about it. Just dropped 4100 no bonus nothing. Biggest line pay was 400. So here I am 5min less 4100. But good luck to all and maybe they will do right by you. But I give up!!

Now you have to use all your deposit bonuses or else they won’t even look into giving you a bonus

If your biggest issue is not getting free stuff anymore, consider yourself lucky, I got my account sacked for $500 while I was disconnected by Live Dealer support, and despite Live Dealer support confirming I was disconnected and botted my entire balance to them Ignition is 100% sure they will not be refunding me a penny of that money every time I talk to a support staff. How nice, eh?
I’m experiencing the same issue. I used to be able to deposit and get a free bonus no problem but lately they deny me every time. Even when I deposit very frequently without any bonuses attached. Then a moderator told me recently that they’re looking back at my transactions a couple of months when before it used to only be 30 days. They would tell me they look at deposits, bonuses, and withdrawals going back 30 days but now all of sudden it’s a couple of months. I think ignition is starting to have some financial issues due to all of the recent site issues and not caring about their depositing customers. This is why I don’t deposit thousands anymore. I know if I do and lose it all, I won’t see any of it back. SMH extremely disappointed because that was the main reason I only spent my money here and no where else.
Its simple to see whats going on with the rtp’s flattening, funds not being paid, and the whole cyber attack scam they pulled
Wait till the crypto market is back up and the rtps will be raised, the pending withdrawals will be processed, and the lie about the cyber attack will suddenly be no longer an issue… ever deel like a deposit never stood a chance? Like it was determined their $ before you ever placed a wager? Your feeling was right … they are collecting deposits and btc right now because of how cheap the btc is… put the rtp,s basically at a big fat zero returning to player, holding funds , and faking a cyber attack the same day the bitcoin plummeted… do the math and you will realize whats going on… if this does not make sense to anyone you should not be wagering money in the first place
I actually did not buy the DDOS explanation from support either when posted on here, absolutely no website openly admits they are running like shit because of a month long cyber attack that they can’t seem to mitigate on the clear web, that sucks to hear about withdrawal issues though… I must be one of the fortunate few that have no money to withdraw because Ignition Support staff disrupted my session and disabled my ability to log in for juuuust long enough to drain my acct on Live Dealer.
