Put money in played reels and wheels xl for a little bit and went to change games and cant get no games to load at all. Reset my phone clear caches or whatever its called and still cant load a game. Go figure this month yall are making a killing on us or me shall i say bc all 4 sites has been error and then eats ur money quick when u get back on
We haven’t had any outage reports on our end recently. Though obviously these errors have affected some players intermittently.

This does not make any sense. You say they will decide compemaation once the issues are resolved. But then you say the issues are resolved except for a few intermittent ones to a few players. So, if the main issues are resolved, why not give the compensation now. It is either solved or not, it can’t be both.

This is completely ridiculous. Spent $700 this past weekend and didn’t make a dime. Error, reload, won’t stop spinning, freezing up. I received a message about a bonus they supposedly put in accounts. Mine said $1.40…
