Jackpot STT tournament issue

FOUR problems

#1 I’m getting flashes of being disconnected very early on in every poker session I play.

#2 After being disconnected I can no longer access my Hand History within the main client.

#3 Then If I try to load a new table afterwards it gets stuck at 99%.

#4 Also, after being disconnected I can no longer load Zone tables.

If I restart the Ignition client it just happens again, and again. Please help.

Here are a few things I’ve done already:

-No Wi-Fi
-Changed DNS to Ignition’s recommended address
-Reset router
-Updated Windows and restarted computer
-Cleared browser cache
-Restarted Ignition client
-Kept the tables stuck at 99% up for 20 minutes but they never loaded

I’ve had this problem millions of times. I also had it tonight as well. The red bar on top of the screen in the poker lobby that says “general error” or whatever makes me so mad.

I clear cache and cookies every single time I play on Ignition. Update my browser, update windows, turn of wifi and turn it back on, use Ethernet, restart computer, restart router, use incognito mode, switch browsers… blah blah blah lol.

I’m not glad, but I’m kinda glad other people are having this issue if that makes sense lol.

It seems as though every time they’re about to do an update to the site, this happens. I’d try talking to the live chat before they’re offline? I don’t know. I had already lost by the time my poker froze so I didn’t bother contacting chat… It was in the middle of a sit and go game.

That’s the error I get a lot.

Support does not care about the issue. Anytime you complain about it you are hit with the same tone deaf response “Have you tried clearing your browser cache teeheexD!” despite it happening on the poker client too. The 2+2 thread is littered with complaints around this same topic. Support literally does not care, and will never care. Probably just shouldn’t give them business until they admit that there is a problem, and its fixed. (probability on this is zero)

I stopped getting the error but it just came up again tonight. Once in a while I get it and when I do the troubleshooting steps it does resolve itself. If you talk to the chat and actually have screenshots and what not, they are usually pretty good about understanding. Most of the time it is actually me not following all the steps which I shouldn’t have to do every time there is an issue but 75% of the time I am able to fix it myself.

I always say to myself “I’m done playing on this site” but I always come back lol. I like it though even though it’s hit or miss but isn’t that what it’s all about anyway?

The disconnection happens so quickly when I open a table too. Within 20 minutes, much more often within two minutes. Truly unplayable.
