I matched with him on match for a $100 and when I sent the funds he blocked my number and didn’t confirm the transaction. Hopefully karma catches up with him. My last hundred I have really shitty.

And ignition won’t help since it was through match pay. And matchpay takes up to two days to respond to my reported problem. So much for getting to play and relax. I’m a diamond tier, wish ignition would notice that and help me out even the slightest. Maybe another 100k and then they will be more help….

This was through matchpay, I just wanted to warn people so they don’t have to deal with the headache I am now having to deal with.

I sent him the money via Apple Pay and after they were sent he blocked my phone number and didn’t confirm the credits.

It’s Friday, I planned to have a relaxing night and play but instead I am trying to resolve the issue and infuriated instead.

At the dashboard screen there is a contact us button you must push. Then scroll down until you see chat now. Enter your information and wait for them to start the chat with you. They are going to ask for screenshots and all of that. You can upload them right onto your chat. They usually handle mine in around 15 minutes especially since i went thru it a few times with people either forgetting to hit confirm payment or saying they sent funds but never did.
