I totally agree. I have been playing for over 2 years. I have had a little luck. Not much though. Since September 10th I have deposited over $40,000.00 and I have hit nothing. It is ridiculous.

I started playing this casino at the beginning of this year. I deposit about 200/week(have yet to cash out one cent). That is not my gripe. In the first half of this year I could always look forward to my cash back. Those bonuses would get me through the week(playing cheap poker tournaments and 20 cent slots). So, they said we can’t do that anymore. Fantastic! Then, they started giving me “little gifts” on an average of every ten days. Sometimes a week, sometimes two. Now, I’ve prob made 40 deposits since my last “little gift.” I can’t see how it hurts to give a player a bonus, knowing they have never cashed out one time. I’m just a gambling addict who wants to gamble. Help a brother out ignition. This is too much a give/take relationship. I give(obviously), you take, now with no rewards/bonuses. What’s up with that!!???

I’ve see the big change, day by day, on slots. The payout percentage obviously gets changed constantly, unlike a brick and mortar casino where it has to stay the same because of oversight. I also question the huge jackpot payouts that seem to happen really quick. My math says there has to be a couple thousand people playing regularly on a particular game for some of those “random” jackpots to happen that often. Who would ever know if they are actually hit? I know all losing slots players bitch all the time about losing, including me, but I had to vent. The old Roman saying , “Buyer Beware”.

Just hit up reels and wheels (today off from poker), for .40 a spin (am not a big gambler). Won the amount of 2 buy ins at my stake (25nl) from the free spins. I suggest changing bet to see what is paying, and setting a limit on how much to spend on each game. For .40, spend is 10 or 12, .20, spend is 5 or 6, etc.

As was stated, someone has to lose for others to win, so if you hit your limit spend for bet (if betting $1, less than 25 to 30), switch games. If nothing pays for awhile, quit. Just my opinion.

Have dropped a significant amount of money on here in a short period of time…

-No gift points and max bonus offers I have seen are 25% match besides the weekly boost (which had a giant rollover requirement and maxed out at $100).
-The longer than necessary wait times for crypto withdraws (other sites are about 1 to 2 hours max, not 24 hours).
-Also not very timely @moderators responses to questions for new players if they are even around to begin with that is…

Thought it would be better, taking $ elsewhere, will add it as a 0 stars to the reviews for others potential players.

After reading this thread I’m laughing at myself and my stupidity. This group of casinos have zero transparency, lend generic answer after answer, have revolving rules to stack the deck for an already stacked deck, have no regulation, and I gave them my money.
I’ve experienced all of the above complaints. I’ve also had advertised bonuses not honored due to “promotions team discretion.” Never mind it was advertised on the website. I’ve made deposits using my debit card and had anywhere from 10 to 20 dollars extra taken. When I brought this to the attention of people that should care my account was closed. They were not concerned the processor was robbing the customer, however, they were concerned I would call my bank. Still I stayed. I’m done.

I would say most of the sister sites have far superior customer service and promotions then what I have experienced here. Played around quite a bit on different platforms and they at least throw you some bones (points, match bonuses, etc) when your deposits exceed your withdraws but not so much around here.

And that’s a prime example of different rules for all and a lack of transparency. That has not been my experience. My experience is cafe holds the gold in being shady and unethical

Never played there. Will also notice crickets in responses from anyone when this stuff comes up as it’s not defensible… you will always get “it’s discretion of our promotion and rewards team” as the scapegoat

I am stepping in here to comment on a few things, as the only reason there hadn’t been a reply until now was that there was seemingly no actual questions.

Ultimately the majority of what was brought up here is discretional to the marketing team, but some of these things can be addressed.

@4whocares I’m not seeing any of the issues you’re referring to on a review of any recent activity. Could you please provide actual dates for these issues that we can look into for you as any written promotions should have been provided but we’re not seeing where they weren’t. Can you also tell us when your account was disabled due to simply bringing up an issue as we also don’t see this on our end.

In regards to the charges on your deposits, this is generally explainable as they are usually either International bank fees, exchange rate fees as we send funds not in USD and the bank can sometimes charge for these differences. This is explained on the help page HERE.

@The_Batman Our withdrawal times are stated at 24 hours or less so ultimately we can’t guarantee that they’ll be quicker than this, but obviously increasing withdrawal times is always something we’re looking into.

Ultimately our reward programs are all written on the actual website. If there is something that you’re missing that isn’t a part of the actual written promotions we would gladly look into it. Obviously we’re always willing to listen to feedback in regards to our promotions as well, but we do feel that they generally provide a fair opportunity for recreational gameplay. Obviously all extra bonuses are indeed at the discretion of marketing, but this isn’t really something we’re hiding behind as it’s more an account sensitive issue.

We do also see that there are quite a bit of promotions that you may not have taken advantage of as well. For instance, no welcome bonus was used on your first deposits and there’s always the BTC exclusive club to consider as you seem to primarily deposit with Crypto and this provides weekly incentives based on a minimum $30 deposit. Couple things I can clear up…

Was never offered BTC exclusive when I joined so stellar job by your marketing team…

The Welcome Bonuses didn’t state that they had to be used on exactly the first deposit to my recollection. As in it didn’t provide an expiration date in the details.

Using discretion per account is exactly what lacks transparency. $5k plus in deposits in first 30 days doesn’t warrant some kind of engagement on offers? That’s just bad business if it’s goal to keep players playing.

Not seeing any thing about having to use it for first deposit or an expiration

The BTC exclusive club isn’t necessarily actively advertised once you create an account, but it is in our main promotions area which is clearly labeled on the first page of the website and in your profile tab.

This is the same for the welcome bonuses which are unfortunately only for first deposits as stated in the promotion page provided.

I understand frustration in regards to lacking transparency, but offering exactly what every player is provided isn’t something that we nor any gaming site for that matter would be able to do, or I believe most players would be very happy with if done as it’s an account sensitive issue and private.

I’m not disagreeing though about your specific actual account concerns with what you’ve received. Though again this would have to be discussed privately as we wouldn’t publicly provide your specific information on a post.
