Just Curious, if its just me or everyone

Never played there. Will also notice crickets in responses from anyone when this stuff comes up as it’s not defensible… you will always get “it’s discretion of our promotion and rewards team” as the scapegoat

I advise you to never start.

I am stepping in here to comment on a few things, as the only reason there hadn’t been a reply until now was that there was seemingly no actual questions.

Ultimately the majority of what was brought up here is discretional to the marketing team, but some of these things can be addressed.

@4whocares I’m not seeing any of the issues you’re referring to on a review of any recent activity. Could you please provide actual dates for these issues that we can look into for you as any written promotions should have been provided but we’re not seeing where they weren’t. Can you also tell us when your account was disabled due to simply bringing up an issue as we also don’t see this on our end.

In regards to the charges on your deposits, this is generally explainable as they are usually either International bank fees, exchange rate fees as we send funds not in USD and the bank can sometimes charge for these differences. This is explained on the help page HERE.

@The_Batman Our withdrawal times are stated at 24 hours or less so ultimately we can’t guarantee that they’ll be quicker than this, but obviously increasing withdrawal times is always something we’re looking into.

Ultimately our reward programs are all written on the actual website. If there is something that you’re missing that isn’t a part of the actual written promotions we would gladly look into it. Obviously we’re always willing to listen to feedback in regards to our promotions as well, but we do feel that they generally provide a fair opportunity for recreational gameplay. Obviously all extra bonuses are indeed at the discretion of marketing, but this isn’t really something we’re hiding behind as it’s more an account sensitive issue.

We do also see that there are quite a bit of promotions that you may not have taken advantage of as well. For instance, no welcome bonus was used on your first deposits and there’s always the BTC exclusive club to consider as you seem to primarily deposit with Crypto and this provides weekly incentives based on a minimum $30 deposit. (it does lock you to using crypto and transfers however). We would encourage you to check out this page for our promotions and look at our BTC exclusive page to see if you want to sign up.

Couple things I can clear up…

Was never offered BTC exclusive when I joined so stellar job by your marketing team…

The Welcome Bonuses didn’t state that they had to be used on exactly the first deposit to my recollection. As in it didn’t provide an expiration date in the details.

Using discretion per account is exactly what lacks transparency. $5k plus in deposits in first 30 days doesn’t warrant some kind of engagement on offers? That’s just bad business if it’s goal to keep players playing.

  1. “Welcome” bonuses are issued and only made available to newly first time, signed-up customers. At the discretion of the Company, customer service may issue ‘welcome’ bonuses to customers through promotional offers exclusively made available via the Company’s site.

Not seeing any thing about having to use it for first deposit or an expiration

The BTC exclusive club isn’t necessarily actively advertised once you create an account, but it is in our main promotions area which is clearly labeled on the first page of the website and in your profile tab.

This is the same for the welcome bonuses which are unfortunately only for first deposits as stated in the promotion page provided.

I understand frustration in regards to lacking transparency, but offering exactly what every player is provided isn’t something that we nor any gaming site for that matter would be able to do, or I believe most players would be very happy with if done as it’s an account sensitive issue and private.

I’m not disagreeing though about your specific actual account concerns with what you’ve received. Though again this would have to be discussed privately as we wouldn’t publicly provide your specific information on a post.

Appreciate the feedback Foster

@Foster are you implying there are other reasons my account was disabled? Any fees from my bank are charged separately other than an atm withdrawal.
I reached out to customer service multiple times regarding this issue. Their response was similar to yours. I sent screenshots and that wasn’t good enough. After multiple conversations I asked them to take care of the situation because I didn’t want to call my bank.
Next minute all 4 casinos disabled my accounts. After that they would only speak to me over the phone

Again if you provide the date this happened I would gladly look into it. In normal circumstance your account wouldn’t be disabled simply due to asking about deposit fees.

What will be accomplished by providing dates? It was probably 2 years ago. You will just have to take my word for it as well as whomever reads this

Providing dates and screenshots is at the discretion of the bookkeeping team and they aren’t very good at their job

Going to share my personal experience on some of the topics discussed herein for what it’s worth.

This is based on my personal experience alone, however, I’m a fairly intelligent person and have accounts across the four sites.

Customer service via email or live chat is below average at best. Generic responses that are obviously copy pasted from a template are all you are going to get and half the time it’s clear the person responding to the email didn’t read or didn’t understand the reason for the inquiry. That said anytime I’ve brought an issue to the @moderators team here on the forum it’s been resolved quickly and correctly. @Foster is especially on point but the entire team does a great job. If I have a question or issue I bring it straight to the mods via DM in the forum.

Withdrawal times seem to be correlated to rewards level. Here and one other site I’m in top tier rewards level and haven’t waited longer then an hour for a crypto withdrawal to be processed in well over a year. Two of the other sites I’m in the lower mid rewards tiers and I have to wait close to the full 24 hours. Is this unfair, I don’t think so. At any casino higher rewards levels come with perks.

Promotions vary widely based on rewards level and overall profit/loss ratio. That said, I have gotten a couple REALLY nice point drops here, but it’s definitely been a while. When you take advantage of a bonus or promotion read the fine print and do the math to figure out what your rollover will be ahead of time.

All the above is based on my personal experience only.

Thanks,

Appreciate the information and also a cross user with decent amount of play on various platforms. I agree with most of what you said besides the withdraw times.
It shouldn’t be a level perk to have faster withdraws, does Ignition not receive my deposits for 24 hours when I want to play? No they receive it as soon as it’s confirmed. If you are fortunate enough to get to a withdraw which is rare you shouldn’t be penalized based on your tier level for how long you wait. Land casino comparison isn’t accurate as it would never happen like that, as in: “this is your first time here so come back tomorrow to collect your winnings”

Definitely a valid point on the land casino comparison. I don’t disagree and can’t dispute that. I guess the point I was trying to make was they advertise upfront that withdrawal times are up to 24 hours (for crypto) and I personally have never had to wait longer then that regardless of rewards level or any other variable. Do I wish all withdrawals were processed in under an hour? Absolutely :grinning:.

All the best and good luck!

Yep understood regarding the disclaimer with the wait time just find it odd when it takes the full 24 hours every withdraw like I have seen, doesn’t seem coincidental

I’m not sure I agree with the withdrawal times. One of the casinos I have 36 million points. I get the withdrawal 1-4 hours. That changed recently. It was 3 days then 24 hours. Another casino I have 10 million and withdrawals are same as above. The casino I have the least amount of points it took around 30 minutes. I have 900k at that casino

regardless of your play level it’s beyond frustrating to be forced to wait the full 24 hours for a crypto withdraw or have to cancel it because you can’t sell in the marketplace while ‘in review’ (not that there is much of a marketplace to begin with). They want you to cancel it to push your luck which is why it’s such a long drawn out process…
It’s not right to say they usually process faster than 24 hours but yet coincidentally all have mine have taken the full time… @moderators

The timeframe use to be 24-48 hours but have got that down to within 24 hours now. As for where it gets processed within those 24 hours are out of our control and could always fluctuate but we try to process them as quickly as possible

Matt, I understand it’s out of mod controls but obviously your payments team sets a certain time for when they get pushed through as it should be an automated process. Regardless it just sucks to be locked out from selling other part of a balance in the marketplace while in crypto review or say if you wanted to reduce your crytpo withdraw amount only to get pushed to back of line and start the timer all over again of 24 hours
