Just Curious, if its just me or everyone

@OnTheRight Welcome to the Forum.

We are certainly sorry to hear of any recent or even long term losses, but by no means do we decide who wins or loses onsite. Ultimately the game is decided by it’s RTP and based on RNG. As stated above though

There are though of course players that do win that you can see on our big winners thread or the progressives that are posted weekly.

@DDD333 I am sorry if you feel this way, but some of what you’ve stated is inaccurate based on review. For instance, I see many of the emails you sent have been responded to, and you’ve on multiple occasions just in the last few weeks been provided additional bonuses or had concerns resolved. (At least 4 times that we see over the last 2 weeks). If you have anything you need in the future however, you can also reach out to us here if you need something or feel there is an issue with customer service.

I am not going to debate every issue. I have made enough bets in my life (55 yrs) and here at ignition I sense some serious shady bs.
I do understand how you are well trained and very good at coming across smart and knowledgeable and a person like me does not know anything.

Do you find it ironic as soon as I made the post I received a $600 bonus. Of course, the bonus is / was worthless. I cannot recall every losing so many consecutive initial bets. Approx 27 out of the first 30 bets which is a record even for my play on ignition.

I just cannot get why. You have a cash cow machine so why not just be on the up and up? Greed!

The bonus you received was a random points drop from the marketing team, this would have been sent out to a huge block of players at the same time, and is not connected to any forum posts you have recently made. We are sorry to hear of your recent losses, and wish you better luck going forward.

The first couple years playing on ignition I actually won enough to make it somewhat worth playing. In the last 1 ½-2 years I’ve literally put thousands into the casino with little to no return. It’s a complete rip off!! It’s not just ignition either it’s also slots.lv, cafe casino, and bovada. Can’t seem to win a thing on any of them anymore. It’s to the point where I’m finally about to just give up and stop throwing my money away. As if the sites weren’t making enough money before they started completely screwing you out of any chance of winning. Greedy much??

key word some. support just recently came back so that’s no longer an issue. and I did get a few small bonuses. im just agreeing with others on the forum.

something is simply off or strange as others have said.

It’s all this simple, and yet you have zero percent chance to win. If they awarded the players that would be the loudest, even for idiotic reasons, you would be a millionaire by now. No offense, not calling you an idiot, just hoping in the future that you see the idiocy of this post, and hoping for your sake that the future comes as soon as possible.

Gambling is not meant for everyone, just like very few can tolerate drug use without becoming an addict. Work on finding your niche, in my opinion this is not where it resides.

If I was polite, It’d mean I didn’t care, and eventhough you are a complete stranger to me, know that my rude words come from a dark place, but I meant it with all of my stained-black soul to help you. Safe travels stranger.

@ moderators

You are completely correct about the slot play. I’ve seen people request and be provided the win rate percent for the previous week, because of what you descibe. Also, you can also run your own numbers, if your into that kind of thing.

That said, I’m currently trying to obtain the same info because I’m in the similar circumstance and It’s more complicated then expected or hoped.
(Incase you ever want yo ask)

Heres my recent experience for context:

I had 2 issues on one email, the first concern is due to the lack of accountability for the company. The 2nd issue is understanding what I’m getting for my money, or at least better understand the process since they aren’t regulated like other casinos.

I received a notice I was enrolled in a special program for cash back every 5 days and additional mile rewards, ect. I reached out when it did not occur and I was helped with precision,( scary fast and easy). 2 weeks go by, still not seeing this new update. when following up the 2nd time I’m told, the email was sent to ME in error. And that appears to be what the company will acknowledge, and my problem for some reason.

I’m not really sure what I can say or do to make this right. It should seem pretty obvious the company needs to stand by the commitments to me and ensure no one else can be manipulated or deceived.

The email incentived you to place multiple deposits and high dollar amounts often. In exchange for more frequent cash back and additional miles/gifts. For me to not receive this incentive will instantly puts me out thousands of dollars i could have played with. Not to mention the cash that was “gambled”.

The issue with the patterns mentioned on this thread appeare to be the company practices in play. Almost like a lack of sportsmanship or something.

I hope someone can take away something from this experience and avoid there own issues.

I’m a VIP DIAMOND EXCLUSIVE member with 13.6 million earned miles in 2 years. Never had an issue until now, and it feels really dirty and wrong.

Good luck to everyone who read this, may the wins be in your favor. -Cheers

Believe what you want. I would think a person who is a private investigator would compile as much data as possible before spouting off. They pick their marks. They have the data to decide where the value lies. If you’re broke you probably can play without any interference.

Good day

Well, I’m back in the forums. I’ve been enjoying catching up on everyone who’s posted personal experiences.

I want to put something in this thread that I think, might, be worthwhile. Here is a link to Ignition’s Curaçao eGaming License Certificate. On this certificate page you have the option to submit a complaint to the regulating body! Curacao does require that you try to resolve your concerns with Ignition directly first before submitting a complaint.

So I recommend for everyone who has tried and feel they’ve been failed by Ignition in resolving your concerns, Report Your Concerns to Curaçao eGaming!

They’re not regulated by Curacao or anyone else, far as i know.

The license is as posted above.

Licensed by Curacao, regulated still by no one. I stand corrected but as long as you can’t post a RTP, we cant really call it regulated can we?

RTP’s are down to the game manufacturers, some of the games do have them listed.

Let me ask you then, what is the difference between a casino that is regulated by Curacao and one that is regulated by say, Kahwanake (sp)

I have no idea with regard to licenses, as that isn’t my field, but this has nothing to do with RTP’s. As I said a lot of games do have them listed, but this would be down to the manufacturer of the game.

right, but of course an unregulated casino can alter each game, whereas a regulated casino cannot, correct?

We wouldn’t have the facility to do that as they are preset as far as I’m aware.
And what’s more there would be no reason to. The house will always have an edge on slot or table games, which is how casino’s make money over the long term.

Is it still true that Ignition purchased the rights to some publishers slot games and now develop them and other original slot games in house? I remember reading about this a while back and wondered if it’s still true after flash was retired.

This isn’t information I believe the moderator team would have access to or can necessarily provide for security reasons. What I can say is that I don’t believe Flash caused any change in policy and we do definitely have in house games that are created on our end.
